Shipping Policy:

The TeaZone ships via USPS and will ship items within 5 days of receipt of the order. If we are out of stock of any part of the order we will contact the customer and relay details on when we can ship and confirm what the customers preference for fulfilling the order is.

Return Policy:

The TeaZone will accept returns if the product is damaged and/or is not what the customer ordered. The TeaZone will not accept returns if there is nothing wrong with the product as ordered.
